Friday, Bush signed a financial rescue bill. Included in that bill was H.R. 6983, the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008. Rachel over at The-F-Word has a great post about it here.

It won't take effect until a year after the bill was signed, but still. Mental health parity. WOW.
